OREANDA-NEWS. Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its seventeenth supermarket in the Moscow region.

The new store is located in Zarya District, at 4/7 Gagarina Street, Balashikha. The supermarket has a total area of 1,400 sq.m. with 870 sq.m. of selling space and is open from 8am to 11pm, seven days a week. The store provides a broad product assortment of 6,500 SKUs including Lenta private label and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 60 parking spaces and 6 cash registers. The property is leased by Lenta.

The opening of this supermarket in the Moscow region brings the total number of Lenta stores to 87 hypermarkets in 50 cities across Russia and 17 supermarkets in the Moscow region.
