OREANDA-NEWS. National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's central securities depository, has announced the appointment of Anastasia Kiseleva as the Managing Director responsible for repository operations. Ms. Kiseleva will oversee issues related to promoting repository services in the market and developing repository technologies, in accordance with market participants' needs and considering the systemic importance of the NSD repository.

Prior to joining NSD, Ms. Kiseleva headed up UBS Nominees CJSC as the General Director and also carried out the functions of the Deputy Chief of UBS' Moscow branch depository. During her 20 year career, she has held various positions in depositories and divisions responsible for structured product development for major financial institutions, including: Credit Suisse, ING Bank, Renaissance Capital, United Financial Group and Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Kiseleva graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in economics. She holds a fourth degree certificate, issued by Russia's FFMS, as a financial market specialist specializing in depository operations.
