OREANDA-NEWS. Sojitz New Urban Development Corporation has won the Good Design Award 2014 (presented by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion) for its condominium complex "IMPREST Okurayama." Sojitz New Urban Development Corporation has been awarded the prize for the first time.

Situated on a hillside with a panoramic view on a comfortable living environment of 7,000 square meters, "IMPREST Okurayama" is designed for permanent residential use built on the old site of Toyoko-Gakuen Okurayama Senior High School (operated by Goto Ikueikai Educational Foundation), which provided educational services for 68 years.
