"Tmall Global" was launched in the fall of2013 as a pioneering site for private import in China. The site is often used by weal thy customers who are quality-oriented, and is characterized by an ease of searching, ordering and paying for products. The Internet penetration rate of China was42% as of 2012 with the potential for future growth of this large market of 560 million people or more.

The newly opened store, "AUTOBACS Tmall Global Overseas Flagship Store," targets Chinese automobile drivers who place importance on quality and safety. Through use of the Internet, the Group will offer very reliable Japanese brand products in China.

Operation, marketing and other management of the site will be outsourced to SHANGHAI RUNSHI ENTERPRISE MARKETING MANAGEMENT CO., LTD., which offers marketing support services for foreign companies in the Chinese market to conduct business operations to meet the demands of the China market.
