OREANDA-NEWS. SORAINEN Lithuania advised OpusCapita, a major financial accounting services provider in Norway, on the acquisition of Norian Group, a provider of accounting and related services. Norian Group has eight locations in Norway and employs 160 people in Norway, Sweden and Lithuania.

SORAINEN advised on the legal due diligence of the Lithuanian financial accounting outsourcing company Norian Accounting which employs 94 employees in Lithuania.
