OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2014. Development of oil and gas industry employee will be updated. It was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Gulshara Abdykalikova during her working visit to Atyrau.

"We need to develop common approaches to staffing projects of expanding Tengiz, Karachaganak and launch of Kashagan, as well as three gas processing plants in the country. For this groups there will be groups by tripartite negotiations from oil production and refining companies, local government offices and ministries of education, energy, health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan," such an order was given by Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan G.Abdykalikova in Atyrau during a meeting on modernization of technical and vocational education.

The meeting was held on the basis of Inter-regional vocational training center for the oil and gas sector. Heads of the ministries of Education, Health and Social Development, Energy, Akimat of Atyrau Region, the largest oil and gas and service companies and "Kazenergy" association took part in it.

The meeting presented modern educational technologies, provided data on preparedness of graduates for professional work. They discussed current needs of the labour market of the oil and gas sector. The conversation was about the need for a Board of Trustees of the Industrial Council with participation of government officials and oil and gas companies on the basis of the Interregional Center APEC Petrotechnic.
