According to him, planned by the government 4.3% GDP growth for the year, can be raised up primarily due to the plan implementation of oil production.

"Currently, on 10 months results there is some lag in production schedule, as far as I know, a respective sector ministry has promised that they would fulfill their annual plan before the end of the year. That is, if they carry out their plan, then it is real to increase the GDP up to 4.3%," A. Smailov said.

As the chairman of the Committee on Statistics mentioned, it can be confirmed, taking into account the percent of oil in the industry, which is 51%, respectively, the percent of oil in GDP is just over 15%.
