OREANDA-NEWS. Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its hypermarket in Novocherkassk.

The new store is a Lenta compact format hypermarket located in Novocherkassk at Gagarina Str., 2B. The store has a total area of 7,932 sq.m, with 5,091 sq.m of selling space and is open from 8 am to 12 pm, seven days a week. A broad product assortment of approximately 19,500 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Novocherkassk and includes Lenta's private label and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 500 parking spaces and 31 cash registers. The property is owned by Lenta.

The opening of this hypermarket in Novocherkassk brings the total number of Lenta stores to 92 hypermarkets in 52 cities across Russia and 18 supermarkets in the Moscow region.
