JSC Astana Finance's proceedings has been granted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court
A status conference has been scheduled for 2 June 2015 at 10.00 a.m. (EST), or such other date and time as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court may set.

ORDER ADJOURNING THE STATUS CONFERENCE
SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 9, 2014
Upon the motion (the "Motion") of Foreign Representative Marat Duysenbekovich Aitenov (the "Foreign Representative"), the duly appointed and authorized foreign representative of JSC "Astana-Finance" ("AF") for entry of an order adjourning the status conference scheduled for December 9, 2014 (the "December 9 Status Conference") under section 105(a) of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"); and due and sufficient notice of the Motion having been given under the particular circumstances; and it appearing that no other or further notice need be provided; and it appearing that the relief requested by the Motion is in the best interests of AF's estate, its creditors, and other parties in interest; and no objections having been received; and after due deliberation thereon; and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Motion is granted.
2. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105(a), the December 9 Status Conference is hereby adjourned.
3. A status conference is hereby scheduled for June 2, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. before the Judge assigned to this case, at One Bowling Green, New York, New York 10004, or such other date and time as the Court may set.
