OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2014 was restored good tradition of the meeting for HR-function and organized a meeting of all personnel departments of companies and business areas of ASNOVA HOLDINGS: from HR-Directors of structures to staff inspectors.

The event was opened with welcoming remarks of A. Vasylevska, she noticed the importance of the meeting and possibility of live communication between colleagues from different businesses.

The meeting was continued by the project manager "AsNovator" T. Markina; she voiced major trends in educational portal, described the functionality testing for HR-managers and leaders and highlighted the most pressing issues of portal usage.

A special highlight of the meeting was discussion with shareholders and owners of ASNOVA HOLDING: M.E. Safonov, O. O. Baryshevskyi and U. R. Guliyev spoke about new business trends and future prospects of the company. They told about the agricultural business - project "Savhoz", finnish houses construction, repositioning of Wine Time store net and opening textile boutiques GATTA. Special emphasis during a discussion was made to the fact that despite all the challenges (political and economic situation in the country) HOLDING continued to explore new areas for all business activities, the success of the company is connected directly with people - employees and their contribution to the overall result.

Meeting participants take time to discuss various topics related to HR-function: for example, S. Guliyeva, HR-director EKOL LOGISTICS Ukraine, described the system of education in the logistics company; other members of the personnel department raised the important issue for all businesses from employee development to the personnel accounting.

The second half of the meeting was opened by T. Kit, HR-leader of Wine Time store net and spoke about trends of gastromarkets and innovation have been implementing recently.

The meeting was ended with a working session for representatives of SAVSERVICE non-food distribution that were announced key objectives and priorities of HR-function.
