OREANDA-NEWS. Rostelecom OJSC today announces that it has won three tenders from the Moscow Government for providing video surveillance services to the Single Data Centre as part of the Moscow Government's Information City programme.

In line with the tender, Rostelecom will provide video streaming from 49,797 street level cameras, 10,111 CCTV cameras and 423 cameras located in public places.

The five-year contracts worth RUB 8.2 billion will be signed after they have been reviewed at Rostelecom's next Board of Directors meeting, which is due to take place at the end of December.

Rostelecom has installed video surveillance equipment and provided video transmission to the Single Data Centre since 2013.
