Simon Hopkinson appointed as Chairman of Board of Directors of KazMunaiGas EP
OREANDA-NEWS. KazMunaiGas EP JSC (Astana) whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release:
"...On January 20, 2015, an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of KazMunaiGas EP JSC ("EP KMG ", the "Company") took place.
At the meeting, Christopher Simon Hopkinson, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Company KazMunaiGas JSC ("NC KMG") was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of EP KMG and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of EP KMG.
The term of office of the Board of Directors of EP KMG shall expire on April 13, 2015".
