OREANDA-NEWS. For the summer season, the Latvian national airline airBaltic will launch its third direct route from Tallinn, Estonia, linking the city with Vienna, Austria, and significantly strengthening its position in the Baltic region. The four weekly service will offer convenient connections between the two cities and beyond to destinations in Southern Europe.

Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of airBaltic: "In cooperation with our code share partner Austrian Airlines, we can now offer travellers from Tallinn another direct link to the heart of Europe and beyond. airBaltic already operates a direct service to Paris from Tallinn, and will be launching another to Berlin in the spring. Starting May 7, 2015 airBaltic will fly from Tallinn to Vienna four times a week on Bombardier Q400 NextGen aircraft.
