OREANDA-NEWS. Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of the company's quarterly cash dividend (from USD 0.35 per share to USD 0.38 per share), and declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.38 per common share payable May 4, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 13, 2015.
