OREANDA-NEWS. Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announces its preliminary, unaudited results for the full year 2014.

Following a preliminary review of the 2014 figures, and subject to finalization of the year end audit, the company expects the following outcome for the year:

  • Total revenue of USD 40.2m (FY 2013: USD 43.2 m)
  • EBITDA USD 11.1m to USD 12.8m (FY 2013: USD 14.2m loss)
  • Adjusted EBITDA1 USD 7.5m to USD 7.8m (FY 2013: USD 2.9m loss)
  • IFRS Profit from operations USD 7.3m to USD 9.0m (FY 2013: USD 39.9m loss)
  • Cash as at 31 December 2014 USD 23.1m (FY 2013: USD 12.0m)

Stephen Dunford, CEO of Myriad Group AG, commented: “2014 has been a very successful year with a number of achievements contributing to the significant improvement in profitability of the Group. These include the conclusion of the major restructuring operation announced at the end of 2013, the resolution of a number of legacy legal cases and the strong performance of our Mobile Services and Device Solutions business units. We start 2015 with a solid foundation from which we can invest in the growth of our exciting product portfolio”
