OREANDA-NEWS. GC "Laura" stops sales of GM in auto center in Ozerki and it sold GM dealership in Sochi, to pay the debts with creditors. GC "Laura" confirmed the information about the transaction in Sochi, but it refused to detail. According to SPARC, the new owners have become Svetlana Polyakova, who was a co-owner of the company in Sochi and businessman Eldar Ismailov. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed, but, according to experts, it is about 250 million Rubles, writes "Business Petersburg".

Suspension of sales of cars GM (brand Opel, Chevrolet, Cadillac) in the auto center in Ozerki is associated with a sharp drop in the market. In 2014, "Laura" sold 2930 Chevrolet and Opel cars in St. Petersburg, while in 2013, it was almost twice more - 5468 cars. The share of dealer in sales of Chevrolet fell from 30% to 19%, Opel - from 35% to 28%. Totally in 2014 it was sold 13,626 GM cars in the city, sales drop was 30%, according to "Auto-Dealer-SPb".

The crisis has already hit the "Laura": Autocentre in Kupcino filed for bankruptcy due to a sharp decline in the market, foreign exchange rate on leases and debt to Alfa-Bank, which were evaluated by sources in 580 million Rubles. After closing the centre 100 employees were on the street and they are now seeking through lawyers their payments.

Center in Ozerki – is the last point in car sales of "Laura" in the precincts of St. Petersburg. In addition to brands General Motors, there are sold Hyundai, Renault and SsangYong. In addition, in Kudrovo and in Vsevolzhsk "Laura" also sells Renault.
