OREANDA-NEWS. At the Integrated Systems Europe conference in Amsterdam, Sandvik Coromant won first prize in the category Most Innovated Corporate Facility.

This award is shared with their partner VisuellDesign for the IT and Audio-visual solutions in the new Sandvik Coromant Center in Sandviken.

The jury's motivation:

"The members of the jury were particularly impressed by the customers' feedback on the integrator Visuell Design's work at the Sandvik Coromant Center in Sweden - a newly built center with the future of manufacturing as its theme. The benefits of using presentation and collaboration techniques to engage Sandvik Coromant's staff and customers were plain to see in this project that makes extensive use of the Crestron DigitalMedia infrastructure. The integrator showed great skill in listening to the needs of its client and delivering appropriate and well thought out solutions."
