OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow's regional operational office in Yaroslavl opened a non-revolving credit line for JSC MKE - a subsidiary of OJSC YGK. The monetary resources, in the amount of 93 million roubles, were given for a length of 7 years to finance the expenses on constructing a new boiler facility in the Solnechnyi residential community in the city of Uglich, Yaroslavl region, for a low-powersteam-electric plant with combined generation of heat and electricity.

The joint stock company Malaya Kompleksnaya Energetika was created in September 2013 to implement separate projects of OJSC YGK in the area of small-scale power generation. The open joint stock company YAROSLAVL GENERATING COMPANY is the largest heat, energy, and water-supply organization in the region beyond the borders of Yaroslavl.

The enterprise produces and transmits heat and electrical energy, and is also involved in water supplies and sanitation for a significant territory of the Yaroslavl region: Tutayev, Myshkin, Rostov, and the Rostov district, the Pereslavl district, parts of Uglich, and the Uglich district, the Borisoglebsk, Poshekhonye, and Nekouz districts. There are 105 managed boiler facilities, with a total installed thermal output of 841.658 Gcal, and more than 283 km of thermal networks rented from municipal networks. There are more than 200,000 inhabitants in the service area.

"The project to construct the new boiler facility in Uglich, realized with Bank of Moscow's participation, is strategically important for OJSC YGK. Negotiations for financing the construction of the boiler facility were held at the highest level of the Government of the Yaroslavl region.
