OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding enterprise started the production of automated measuring microscopes and photoelectric autocollimators.

Shvabe - Defence and Protection launched the production of devices of such a level that is completely new for the enterprise, as well as for the entirety of Russia. These products will include automated control over all processes built into the program and full computer compatibility. According to preliminary data the enterprise will spend 40 million rubles of its own funds on the launch of serial production of new devices, inter alia, on the preparation of design documentation, production of experimental samples, conduct of tests, and production-support work.

"These are rather important developments for us. Obviously, the Holding has already manufactured measuring microscopes, but the new devices will realize an "open source" mechanism that provides the consumer with the opportunity to create his own programs in order to solve a separate measurement task, since there are a lot of them in metrology, based on standard procedures. At the same timet basic software for the products is created by specialists of Shvabe - Devices JSC. As concerns the fundamental difference of the two stated developments from those that are already available, it consists in automated control over the process of measurement and the processing of its results, as well as in the generation of logs at all stages of the computation process. These will be the first serial domestic devices of such a level," said Shvabe Holding CEO Sergey Maksin.

The new microscope is designed for contact and contactless measurements of parts in conditions of production departments. The measurement range is 300х200х200 mm, precision - 5 micron. The device is equipped with a triaxial relocation system controlled via a computer and is intended to control parameters of shafts, bushings, screws, and bodies in automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes. In contactless mode the microscope allows parts to be measured with wall thickness less than 0.2 mm.

The autocollimator that will be soon launched into production (optical-mechanical device for precise angular measurements) is unique, first of all, for its use of a photoelectronic system of angle measurement that does not require an operator. This device will become the first serial autocollimator in Russia based on a matrix photodetector. It will be bale to automatically measure the angular position and relocation of controlled objects, inter alia, in real-time mode.

According to the schedule the photoelectric autocollimator will be launched into production in May and the new measuring microscope in July 2015.
