OREANDA-NEWS. The shareholder's of a Shvabe Holding company, the Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant, held their AGM.

As a result of the meeting the following decisions were made: the company's annual statement and accounts were approved for 2014, which included its profit and loss report (and how they were calculated). Furthermore the shareholders ratified the distribution of the company's net profit according to the financial results of 2014; new personnel were elected to the board of directors and audit commission, and shareholders approved an auditor for 2015 and changes to the company's charter.

In 2014 the growth in revenues from the sale of products, labour, and services at the Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant amounted to 133.3%, net profit growth was 200%, the increase in net margin was 150.1%, and growth in output per worker was 134.8%.

The main objectives for 2015 for the enterprise are the following: a growth of 115.0% in revenue from the sale of products, works, and services, and an increase of 113.1% in output per worker.
