FBK to Audit the Companies of PhosAgro Group
OREANDA-NEWS. The FBK Company was approved as the auditor of PhosAgro financial statements. The FBK specialists will conduct the audit of Group reporting for 2015 prepared in accordance with RAS.
According to the project manager Anastasia Ivanova, Assurance and Audit Associate Director, the cooperation with PhosAgro is one of the priority projects of FBK.
“It is for the first time that we have become the auditors of the Group holding company, but FBK has been in collaboration with PhosAgro for several years. During the period from 2012 to 2014 we conducted the audit of Apatit and PhoAgro-Cherepovets enterprises. In the current year it is planned to continue and expand our collaboration,” said Anastasia Ivanova.
The PhosAgro Group is a Russian vertically integrated company, one of the world leaders in the production of phosphate-based mineral fertilizers. The Group comprises a number of large Russian enterprises producing apatite and nepheline concentrates, feed phosphates, nitrogen fertilizers and ammonia.
