OREANDA-NEWS. Leading healthcare software provider, Servelec Healthcare, has been named as a supplier on the GP Systems of Choice (GPSoC) Framework Lot 3.

On 27th March 2015, Servelec Healthcare signed agreements with the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) to enter into a new GP Systems of Choice (GPSoC) Framework to provide Cross Care-Setting Interoperable Services (Lot 3).

Lot 3 Framework provides a range of IT systems and services that interoperate across different care settings. These services help the GP practice to share information with other healthcare providers, such as hospitals and pharmacies, in order to deliver a better end-to-end service for patients.

Lot 3: Cross-care setting interoperable services includes suppliers who offer services that interoperate between systems and services used in care settings inside and outside the GP practice.  Lot 3 will provide a mechanism for suppliers to demonstrate effective interoperability and to offer a call-off service for local organisations to draw down services.

Servelec will offer RiO and Oceano Smartview which provides other systems with the ability to obtain a real-time summary of patient information and can be accessed via a variety of technologies and applications.  This means that care professionals using other systems can quickly obtain a summary of the patients RiO or Oceano record giving professionals greater access to information.  RiO Smartview has been developed to support access and share information to other health partners and social care, which supports efficient care delivery.

Lindsay Dransfield, Sales Director for Servelec Healthcare said:

"We are very pleased to be included on the GPSoC Lot 3 Framework and this Framework listing will help our customers and stakeholders deliver against their interoperability agenda."
