OREANDA-NEWS. During the 19th annual St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Sberbank of Russia and Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC signed an agreement on opening a non-revolving credit line worth RUB 15.173 bln. On behalf of Sberbank of Russia the document was signed by First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board Maxim Poletaev and on behalf of Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC by Chairman of the Board of Directors Dmitry Mazurov.

The funds will be used to finance the construction of the integrated plant for the production of high octane gasoline, which will allow Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC to produce 480,000 tons of A-95 "EURO-5" gasoline annually. Sberbank CIB1 organized the line of credit.

The project aims to cover the A-95 gasoline supply deficit in the Tyumen Region and Ural Federal District in part and will create additional competition for major petroleum product market players while curbing growth in prices and improving the ecological situation in the region by reducing the amount of sulfur and benzene in gasoline.
