OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank and SAP have signed a memorandum of cooperation during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Lev Khasis, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, and Michael Kleinemeier, member of the SAP Global Managing Board, and Vyacheslav Orekhov, managing director SAP CIS.

Under the agreement, Sberbank is planning to implement the innovative decisions of SAP within 2015-2018 in order to manage its banking resources, staff and budgeting. Moreover, the memorandum gives the opportunity to test SAP's innovational platform for building unique automated banking systems. It will enable the provision of special services for clients in real-time as well as deal with a wide range of analytical tasks in risk management and finances.

"One of the key focus areas of our strategy is the integration of the most modern technologies and innovations in our business", Lev Khasis commented. "I am certain, this cooperation and the unique innovative and technological decisions will help to achieve the aim".
