OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank was recognised as the winner of the award for "Customer rights and quality of service", as the most customer-oriented bank in Russia.

The expert council of the award praised highly the projects presented by Sberbank, including the implementation of "Golden Rules" for customer service, the launch of a system for collecting feedback from customers by SMS, as well as special projects for children.

The innovative "Ladoshka" project, presented by Sberbank in the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, provides the opportunity to pay for food at school with the palm of a hand with the help of biometric technology. "Sberbank Quest" is an interactive tour for pupils at Sberbank's offices, which includes elements of education and an entertaining quest at the end of the tour.
