OREANDA-NEWS. A ceremony of signing renewed Collective Employment Agreements of LIPETSKCEMENT and LIPETSKOE KARIEROUPRAVLENIE (parts of EUROCEMENT group) was held. Both Collective Employment Agreements are valid till 2018. Compliance with the legal regulations included into the Collective Employment Agreements is mandatory for the Parties (the employees and the employer)

Representatives of the employees and the employer included into the parity commission for negotiations participated in the ceremony: on the part of the management of the employer the Agreements were signed by Igor Zvyagin, the Deputy General Director and Technical Director of LIPETSKCEMENT, on the part of the team of employees - by Anastasia Korniytchuk, the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee.

The Collective Employment Agreement is aimed at assurance of efficient production facility operation, protection of social and labor rights and interests of the employees, provision them with social guarantees including (taking into account economic circumstances of the employer) more advantageous conditions in comparison with those established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, timely labor payment, improvement of labor discipline, preventing from labor conflicts.

New Collective Employment Agreements became the result of long-term work on discussion of proposals made both by the management of the employer and by the Trade Union based on comments of employees. Their signing was executed with no statement of disagreements, which is the evidence that the parties managed to come to a single opinion during negotiations. All social guarantees provided for in the previous revision of the document were preserved in the new revision.

It is important to emphasize that LIPETSKCEMENT and LIPETSKOE KARIEROUPRAVLENIE continue participating in the regional competition 'A Collective Employment Agreement, Production Efficiency: the Basis for Protection of Citizens' Social and Labor Rights'. In 2011, LIPETSKCEMENT won the competition in the category 'Labor Protection and Conditions'. In 2012, the plant was second in the category 'Labor Protection and Conditions' and in achievement of complex solution of production, economic and social tasks in 2011, and LIPETSKOE KARIEROUPRAVLENIE was third in the category 'Labor Payment'. Names of top managers of the productions facilities are entered into the book 'Labor Glory of Lipetsk Region'.
