OREANDA-NEWS. ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM:SVR), a market leader in workforce management technology, has been honoured by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) with an EMEA IFM Supplier of Distinction Award. The award recognises the exceptional performance of supply partners and their contribution to JLL's success.

JLL's EMEA IFM team contracted ServicePower in 2014 to enhance JLL's ability to support its portfolio of managed real estate and facilities around the world.  Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) is a core business service within JLL, the professional services and investment management company specialising in real estate.  Operating across Europe, Middle East & Africa, JLL's IFM team proactively measures and manages the performance of corporate clients' buildings. It also maximises the efficiency of real estate staff, optimises operational spend through strategic sourcing and reduces building energy costs by lowering consumption.

ServicePower's patented workforce management software, which includes the route optimization software ServiceScheduling and its cross-platform mobile dispatch software, ServiceMobility, has been integrated with JLL's leading technology platform. This enables JLL to schedule field resources more efficiently, fully mobilising field processes and monitor activities in real time. Using sensor data from connected devices, potential issues are identified proactively and critical failures are addressed as they occur, throughout the day. ServicePower's mobile workforce management software suite enables the improved overall productivity of JLL managed real estate portfolios.

The awards recognised suppliers in five categories: Service Delivery Excellence, Best Saving Initiative, Innovation, Collaboration, and Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility. Service Power won the 'Innovation' category, based on the workforce management software's support of cost reduction, improved service delivery and innovative solutions during deployment.

Kerry-Anne Hurt, JLL Head of Strategic Sourcing, EMEA IFM said, "ServicePower partnered with JLL to drive our dynamic scheduling solution for our Engineering Services team.    ServicePower has proved to be innovative, both commercially and technically, delivering key innovations not envisaged at project inception, but developed in the scoping phase of the project. These include the development and utilisation of innovation communications software, enabling full utilisation of ServiceScheduling, without full integration to our complex technology stack, and the support of a flexible, unique funding approach to enable design, development and implementation of the project, without JLL capital investment."

Marne Martin, CEO of ServicePower said, "We are thrilled to be recognized by Jones Lang LaSalle.

The facilities sector is a strategic focus for ServicePower and JLL was our first global win. We've worked closely with the JLL team to deploy our cutting edge workforce management software, while working creatively within the limitations of their existing technology. We look forward to supporting JLL with continued innovation in our products, including cloud, mobile, social, analytics and IoT/M2M, as it continues to deploy our combined solution in support of its teams around the world."
