On Appointment of Provisional Administration to Company Strazh-Invest
OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-3173, dated 13 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 13 November 2015 a provisional administration to the Insurance Company Strazh-Invest, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3736, location: 23, bldg. 16, Room 11, Leninskaya Sloboda Street, Moscow 115280; TIN 7744002243; PSRN 1027700294137) (hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2695, dated 7 October 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Sergey A. Knyazhev (mailing address: 27, apartment 10, Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, Moscow 125008), member of the non-profit partnership Interregional Self-regulatory Organisation of Professional Receivers (17 Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, Moscow 109240), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
