OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank secured first place in the nomination for organising technical support for corporate clients at the annual CNews AWARDS competition.

Since the project began in 2009, Sberbank has increased the number of corporate clients who receive remote technical support to more than 1 million. This project, which began life as an experiment, has enabled us to create a unique model of comprehensive remote service for corporate clients," commented Mikhail Malakhov, Director of Sberbank's Department for Developing Remote Service Channels. "We are delighted that our joint efforts and the result that we achieved have been recognised by the professional community."
