OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its national scale 'A+' credit rating on CB "INTERCOMMERZ" (LLC) and has made the rating confidential. The bank was assigned NRA's first-time national scale credit rating of 'A' in November 2011. On Nov.6, 2012, the bank's national scale credit rating was raised to 'A+'. It was affirmed at this level in November 2013 and December 2014.

Founded in 1991, INTERCOMMERZ Commercial Bank (acting as a limited liability company) holds banking license No 1657. Currently, its founders are 13 legal entities and individuals. One of the bank's beneficial owners is Pavel M. Kryzhanovsky, the Chairman of the Board.

CB "INTERCOMMERZ" is licensed to provide a wide range of banking services and act as a professional stock market participant. It is a member bank of the Deposit Insurance System. The bank's growth strategy envisages further strengthening of its competitive position in corporate, retail and SME banking markets. Branch network development strategic goals include the opening of new outlets with a view to expanding the bank's customer base. Currently, CB "INTERCOMMERZ"'s branch network includes 7 full service branches and 41 outlets in the form of subsidiary offices and operations centers.

The fact that NRA's credit rating on CB "INTERCOMMERZ" will become 'Confidential' does not mean that NRA will stop maintaining, monitoring or updating it. It only means that NRA will stop making its credit ratings on CB "INTERCOMMERZ" public.
