OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on Center Of Expert Solutions Limited Liability Company (CES) due to the contract expiry and the company's decision to stop participating in the rating process. On withdrawal, CES was assigned an exit rating of 'BBB+' on the national scale. The company was assigned NRA's first-time 'A' credit rating on Nov. 25, 2014.

The rating is supported by CES's experience in its area of expertise, stable market position, diversified portfolio of orders, as well as its high-quality counterparties and receivables, giving us comfort with regard to the repayment of debt raised by the company. CES can rely on its supportive key partners in areas such as financing and liquidity management.

NRA emphasizes that it has stopped its regular surveillance of CES due to expiry of its obligations under the rating contract. In this connection, the absence of CES's up-to-date financials has been viewed as a risk factor - in much the same way as the company's relatively low capital adequacy metrics.
