OREANDA-NEWS. US propane exports in October fell by 2.8mn bl from September to 19.3mn bl, according to the latest data from the US Department of Commerce.

But year year to date, US propane exports were up by 44.4pc from 2014 levels at 181.2mn bl, and are poised to rise further alongside gains in export terminal capacity.

At the same time, the year-to-date value of 2015 exports is down by 31.6pc amid the global decline in energy prices and a domestic oversupply of the heating fuel.

According to US data, China received 3.5mn bl, Mexico 3.3mn bl, Korea 1.6mn bl and the Netherlands 1.5mn bl.
