Sberbank's Supervisory Board Holds Meeting
OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank announces the results of the Supervisory Board meeting.
The Supervisory Board has discussed the following subjects:
* - program of the development of Sberbank's business management model;
* - Sberbank's risk management;
* - development of Sberbank's compliance system, including compliance risks management measures that have already adopted and are yet to be taken;
* - development of corporate governance system and goals for further improvement for 2016 and 2017.
