OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its 'AA+' reliability rating on IT Invest Investment Management Company OJSC. The company was assigned NRA's first-time reliability rating of 'AA+' on Sep. 16, 2008.

The rating reflects the company's long track record of operations in the Russian stock maket and its leadership in the online brokerage area. NRA views positively the company's growing total turnover and its return to positive cash flows. Its current profitability metrics are assessed as strong. NRA notes the company's strong shareholder base, good business standing, as well as the owners' business ties in both their home country and internationally.

In addition, the company has been intensely increasing its customer base during the past 12 months, and has significantly improved its services through partial reorganizaton of its internal procedures. NRA assesses IT Invest's growth prospects favourably, considering its status of a leading online broker and its well-defined and transparent growth strategy.

The rating is constrained by the company's moderate capitalization and modest diversification by business line.
