OREANDA-NEWS. Mortice Limited (AIM:MORT), the AIM listed security and facilities management company, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tenon Group, has appointed three new Managing Directors effective immediately.

Mr. Siddharth Dahiya and Mr. Rakesh Tripathie are the new Managing Directors of Mortice's Peregrine Guarding division while Mr. Angad Rajain will be heading up the Company's Tenon Facility Management subsidiary as Managing Director.

The new appointments come at a time of significant growth for Tenon Group which has expanded its geographical footprint through the strategically planned acquisitions of facility management company, Office & General Group Limited ("O&G Group") in UK and security services and products company Frontline Security Pte. Ltd.  ("Frontline Security") in Singapore.

The Company is focused on national and international expansion and the new appointments will help develop growth opportunities as the Company builds on the momentum achieved across all divisions to date.

Mr. Siddharth Dahiya and Mr. Rakesh Tripathie have been associated with Peregrine Guarding for more than 10 years and have commendable experience in the security industry domain. Mr. Angad Rajain a Management Graduate from Yale University and who has work experience from Blackrock, brings with him wide industry knowledge and expertise.
