OREANDA-NEWS. Wood Group has entered an  agreement with D’Arcinoff Group, a US-based investment and alternative  technology development company, to provide engineering oversight and technical  services for the West Texas Renewable and Gas Monetization Project, an  integrated 30,000 barrels per day syngas-to-liquids facility. The facility,  which will produce jet fuels, will be located in Hudspeth County, Texas, east  of El Paso.

The West Texas Renewable and Gas Monetization Project is  part of the D’Arcinoff Group Energy Program, an environmentally clean, natural  gas and biomass-to liquid fuel and power generation initiative.

Wood Group Mustang will provide overall project  management, including development of an interface management plan between all  stakeholders and advocating for D’Arcinoff Group in all commercial and  technical matters. Initially, Wood Group Mustang will review and provide an  informed opinion on the technical and commercial aspects of the work performed  to date by D’Arcinoff Group and others.
