OREANDA-NEWS. At the Supervisory Board Meeting on February 29 Mr. Harald Vertneg was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank (PJSC "Ukrsotsbank"). The previous Chairman, Willibald Cernko, resigned on February 18.

Mr. Vertneg was born in Vienna in 1959.

University of Vienna, diploma received in 1983, majored at Business Management and Information Technology; Master's Degree

UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Head of Accounting (Austria and Central and Eastern Europe)

Experience over the recent years:

October 2008 – April 2010 – Financial Officer, Member of the Board of UniCredit Bank (PJSC "Ukrsotsbank").

Since May 2010 – UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Head of Accounting (Austria and Central and Eastern Europe);

Since April 2011 – Member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank (PJSC "Ukrsotsbank").
