OREANDA-NEWS  According to the president's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, there are points in the document that Moscow is ready to welcome but certain provisions raise questions, in particular accusations of "harmful actions".

"We categorically disagree with this wording. Neither in Ukraine, nor beyond its borders, there has never been any aggression by Russia. Russia has not engaged in any harmful actions. And it is not engaged in it. We cannot approve this in any way", - he stressed.

Peskov noted that Moscow has always been and remains a responsible guarantor of energy security.

"I want to remind you that the Russian president has repeatedly said and made official statements that Russia has never used energy resources as an instrument of political pressure", - he added.

According to him, the Kremlin is ready to discuss the extension of gas transit through Ukraine after 2024. At the same time, Peskov emphasized that there is being talked exclusively about the economic feasibility and profitability of such a decision.
