OREANDA-NEWS. A teleconference of OPEC+ was rescheduled from April 6 to 9 for technical reasons, preparation for it continues. This was reported to journalists by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

The representative of the Kremlin, answering the question of the importance of the USA’s participation in reducing oil production for Russia, said that “for stabilizing the market, it is required the participation of those countries that had not previously participated in the coordination.” According to Peskov, this is said by “those who are in working contact.” However, he did not name any countries. “I think everyone needs to wait for the teleconference which will be held this week,” the politician concluded.
