About the project

Construction of major facilities often implies cost overruns and longer timelines. The situation can be remedied only by the efficient combination of IT-tools and business processes.

ASE Group of companies has designed a special Multi-D-based project management system that would facilitate essential optimization and control of deadlines/value for money during erection of capital construction facilities. The development of these technologies was triggered by ASE Group of companies’ positive track record in project management and construction of facilities implementing Dassault Systemes’ commercial packages and its 3DEXPERIENCE platform. ASE has proved that the use of adequate tools allows timely project implementation and withstanding budget pressure, for example, during construction of the Rostov NPP Units 3&4 and the Yuzhnouralsk GRES-2 (power units 1&2). This technology is being replicated in all Russian-designed NPP construction projects deployed both in Russia and abroad and provides the basis for the progress trend in consulting services (PMC) rendered as part of major non-nuclear projects.

The Group of Companies ASE has been established within formation of engineering division of Rosatom State Corporation by merging of leading companies of the industry: JSC NIAEP, JSC ASE, JSC Atomenergoproekt and JSC ATOMPROEKT.

The ASE Company is one of the leaders of the world nuclear engineering business and covers over 30% of the NPP construction global market.

There are representative and operational offices of ASE are active in 15 countries of the world, nearly 80% of the company's orders refer to overseas projects.
