On August 1, 2016 Matthew Timms will take over a newly established Digital Business Unit which will take care of developing digital market-oriented products, the digitalization of processes and the development of big data solutions. Timms was previously in charge of Digital Commerce at SAP in London. Prior to that, he was responsible for digital transformation programs at various international banks. He can draw on extensive experience in the field of digitization across all market segments, from the implementation of mobile digitization strategies to the fields of online- and e-commerce, amongst others at Novartis and General Motors.
