OREANDA-NEWS. The Houthis claim that missile attack on one of the facilities of Saudi Arabia’s state oil company Saudi Aramco located in the city of Jeddah was conducted.

Ansar Allah spokesman Yahya Saria wrote on Twitter that a distribution station was fired. According to him, the strike was blown by cruise missile Quds 2, which recently entered service after testing. The Houthis warned that the attacks would continue and advised foreign companies operating in Saudi Arabia to be careful.

In September 2019, Yemeni rebels attacked Saudi Arabia’s oil facilities with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles. Then they deprived the country of almost 60 % of oil production, and the world 6 % of oil supplies. Representatives of the United Nations concluded that the attacks were carried out with weapons of Iranian origin.
