OREANDA-NEWS. Russian LCV market by the end of May has kept the sixth place in Europe, despite a slight drop in demand after two months of growth.

According to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), the sales of light commercial vehicles in Europe grew by 16.8% to 160,650 units in May. The leader among the European countries by sales of LCV up to 3.5 tons is France, where this segment grew by 27.8% up to 34134 vehicles. The second place is occupied by the United Kingdom with the indicator of 28,480 sold units (+ 1.9%), and third place – by Germany, whose LCV market reached 20,510 units (+ 15.3%). Fourth place is kept by Spain - its result was 15,680 light commercial vehicles (+19.3%).
