OREANDA-NEWS Russians who were going to fly to Thailand were locked on a plane for 2.5 hours without water and food. This is reported by the Telegram channel of the TourDom portal.
It is noted that the Boeing 777-300 was supposed to fly from Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport to Phuket at 07:30 on Thursday, February 8. However, the flight was delayed for about five hours without explanation.
"My clients are already in tears and panic, they are not being told the reason for the delay," the travel agent of the vacationers on board told the publication. "There is no water or food from the airline."
Earlier on February 8, the flight of the Russian airline from Tashkent to Moscow was delayed for technical reasons, as a result, passengers were stuck in another country for at least ten hours. It is clarified that the plane was supposed to fly to the capital at 3:45 local time (1:45 Moscow time), but the departure was postponed indefinitely.
