OREANDA-NEWS. Bloomberg agency reports that at least 119 billionaires are going to visit the World Economic Forum which will be held on January 21–24 in the town of Davos (Switzerland).

The total fortune of these guests is estimated at approximately 500 billion US dollars. Among them are 33 billionaires from the United States, 19 from India and 7 from Russia.

This year’s forum is dedicated to the concept of stakeholder capitalism, connected with such issues as equitable taxation and a policy of zero tolerance. The program of the forum touches upon the cooperation of states and business in ecology, economics, industry, technology and geopolitics.

In addition to business representatives, about 3 thousand officials from 117 countries, including 53 heads of state and government, should come to the forum. US President Donald Trump and German Chancellor Angela Merkel also intend to visit the event.
