OREANDA-NEWS. The Ukrainian deputy, Nadezhda Savchenko, and the former head of the Prisoners ’Liberation Center for the Officers' Corps, Vladimir Ruban, were released from custody in the hall of the Brovary city district court of the Kiev region, because their detention wasn't extended. The court made such a decision on Tuesday evening.

Nadezhda Savchenko was criminalized under six articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and has been in custody since March 23, 2018. 

Vladimir Ruban was arrested on March 8, 2018 at the CPVV in the Donbass with an arsenal of weapons, which was carried to the controlled part of Ukraine. On March 9, Kiev's Shevchenko district court arrested him. Ruban is suspected of committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 14, Part 3 of Article 258 (terrorist act), Part 1 of Article 263 (illegal handling of weapons, military supplies or explosives) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On February 25, the Supreme Court of Ukraine made a decision according to which the Savchenko-Ruban case should have been considered in the Solomensky District Court of Kiev. On March 26, the judges of the Solomenskiy District Court of Kiev granted the motion of the defense of Savchenko and Ruban to disqualify the collegium, then the case was transferred to the Kiev Court of Appeal to determine the jurisdiction in the case.

During the hearing, she supported presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky. She said, that she didn't think that there were stupid people in Zelensky’s team. She is confident in their education and literacy. Such a team deserves to govern the country, instead of the one that is now.
According to her, Poroshenko specifically wanted to hold a debate on April 14, so he would have had a whole week on a black PR. In the upcoming debates that Zelensky organizes, according to Savchenko, the president won't come.
