Recalling the history of Russian-Chinese relations, we can confidently say that they have stood the test of time with honor”, Putin said.

He praised the successes in the development of constructive cooperation in the most diverse areas that Moscow and Beijing have recently achieved, the expansion of a meaningful political dialogue at all levels, as well as the coordination of efforts in resolving topical issues on the regional and global agenda, including within the UN, SCO, BRICS and other multilateral structures.

The President of Russia expressed confidence in further building up the entire range of Russian-Chinese ties for the benefit of the friendly peoples of the two countries, in the interests of strengthening stability and security on the Eurasian continent and around the world, the Kremlin’s press service said in a statement.
