OREANDA-NEWSVienna became the most comfortable city to stay in 2019. This is evidenced by the annual report of The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), which is part of The Economist. The capital of Austria tops the list for the second year in a row.

The drafters of the rating evaluate 140 cities of the world according to five main criteria: stability, environment, healthcare, infrastructure and education. The first two categories are considered the most important - the maximum score for each is 25 points. For the level of the health system and the level of infrastructure development, the city can get 20 points, and education - 10 points. Thus, the maximum amount for all criteria is 100 points.
