OREANDA-NEWS  Charles said that the officers found in the house of the detained the hat with the logo of the US Drug Enforcement Administration, 20 boxes of bullets, weapon parts, four car license plates from the Dominican Republic, two cars and correspondence with unknown people.

The official added that 26 Colombians are suspected of killing the president, 18 of them have already been arrested, three have been killed, and five are still at large. The police assume that the detained was in contact with the security firm of politicians, where he involved the rest of the accomplices.

In 2011, he released a video on his YouTube channel which is called "Dr. Christian Sanon - Leadership for Haiti".  He criticized the country's authorities in there, accusing them of corruption and waste of natural resources.

He argued that Haiti has uranium, oil and other resources that have been seized by government officials. 

He also added that people can’t live when their country has so many minerals. And he said that the country needs new leadership.

On July 7, unidentified persons sneaked into the Pelerin residence in Port-au-Prince, where they killed  Jovenel Moise and injured his wife Martin Moise.

Jovenel Moise has ruled Haiti, the poorest country in the Americas, since 2016. Residents thought that the election were rigged and staged protests, including against corruption and high inflation.
