OREANDA-NEWS The largest telecommunications company in Bulgaria, Vivacom, put up a share for sale after the end of the court proceedings regarding the ownership of the operator, reports the Financial Times with reference to the head of the Viva Telecom consortium of Bulgarian businessman Spas Russev. 

The company can be valued at approximately €1.2 billion, a source told the publication. According to Russev, this year Vivacom’s EBITDA will reach 190 million euros, which will make the company “the most profitable independent service provider in the Balkans”. 

Spas Russev owns 46% of Vivacom. Another 20% belong to the British division of VTB Bank - VTB Capital. Delta Capital International also owns about 20% of the operator.
